Terms of service

These terms are intentionally short. The spirit: Cairn helps you show up usefully on the internet. Don't use it to hurt people, and we won't use it against you.

Use of the service

You agree to use Cairn in line with the terms of service of every platform you connect (LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.). You won't use Cairn to spam, harass, impersonate, or astroturf.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you write through Cairn. We claim no rights to your posts, drafts, voice profile, or seeded context.

Billing

Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Credits reset at the start of each period. Refunds are issued within 14 days of a charge if you're unhappy — just ask.

Liability

Cairn is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we're not liable for indirect damages caused by the service or by replies posted through it.
